Responsible data use

What Lead Radar is — and is not

Lead Radar is a business-intelligence platform. It is not a people-search or background-screening product.

Lead Radar must never be used for employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, or government-benefit decisions, or for stalking, harassment, doxxing, discrimination, political persuasion profiling, identity theft, or law-enforcement profiling.

We only collect permitted public business information

Organization name, domain, public business description and address, general business phone and email, public contact and service pages, public social links, public event and job listings, public press, public video/channel links, and website technology/performance signals. Nothing hidden or unrelated to the business.

We never collect or store sensitive data

Information about minors, personal home addresses, health information, biometrics, precise personal location, financial account data, government identifiers, private communications, personal religious affiliation, sexual orientation, immigration status, passwords, authentication data, or breached data. Records that trip our sensitive-data screen are blocked from storage.

We respect technical controls

We honor robots.txt and rate limits, and we never build or use CAPTCHA/paywall/login bypass, private-profile or private-group scraping, proxy rotation for block evasion, fingerprint evasion, or any system designed to continue after access is revoked.

Opt-out is permanent and global

Anyone can opt out. A suppressed identifier can no longer be enriched, exported, regenerated, monitored, or re-imported — across every workspace — and a normal user cannot reverse it. We keep only a hashed identifier to honor the request.
