Permitted. Lawful US B2B prospecting: identifying organizations that may need your services, using permitted public business contacts, and sending human-reviewed outreach that complies with commercial-email law.
Never permitted. Employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, or government-benefit screening. Stalking, harassment, doxxing, discrimination, political persuasion profiling, identity theft, or law-enforcement profiling. Circumventing technical controls, scraping private or restricted content, or continuing to contact anyone who has opted out.
Enforcement. We provide a misuse-report channel and can suspend accounts. Suppression is permanent and global.
