Oneira is built as the opposite — a small expressive display in a wearable, pocketable form, with materials chosen to feel personal rather than disposable.

There is no app account required, no subscription, and no feed. Nothing about Oneira is designed to maximize the time you spend staring at it. It is closer to a keepsake with a personality than a gadget with a home screen.

Moods, eyes, and honest prototyping

Eight editions, one price

Drop 01 offers eight finishes, and every edition is the same price: $139 per unit, plus shipping and applicable tax.

How Drop 01 actually works

Drop 01 is one shared pool of 500 paid units across all eight editions. The availability counter on the preorder page is computed by the store itself from real paid orders and active checkout holds — it is not marketing copy, and it cannot oversell. When a checkout hold expires unpaid, those units return to availability.

Each paid order is assigned numbered units from the pool, in order. If an order is refunded during the 24-hour buyer-remorse window, those unit numbers are not recycled — the numbering stays honest for everyone who keeps their order.

No subscription, no account, no feed

Many companion robots in this category charge monthly fees for their core features, and some tie the device's memory or personality to an active plan. Oneira's model is a one-time purchase. You buy it once, it is yours, and its little inner life does not have a landlord.

What happens after Drop 01
