90-Day Limited Hardware Warranty
Read this entire limited warranty before buying. It explains the coverage, exclusions, verification process, and available remedies for a new Oneira purchased directly from JML Tech Studios.

Warrantor and service-contact launch status
Paid Oneira preorder checkout is closed. Before any sale, JML will publish in this section the approved legal warrantor identity and warranty-service mailing address required for the final written warranty. The 76011 fulfillment-origin ZIP is not a return or warranty-service address. Current policy questions may be sent to info@jmltechstudios.com; do not mail a product without an RMA and written return instructions.
Warranty period
Coverage begins on the documented delivery date and lasts 90 calendar days. If a covered product is replaced, the replacement is covered for the longer of the remainder of the original 90-day period or 30 days after delivery of the replacement. Repair does not restart or extend the original period except where applicable law requires otherwise.
What this limited warranty covers
JML warrants that, under normal use and during the warranty period, the Oneira hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship that materially prevent it from operating as represented in the product description applicable to the order. Coverage applies only to the Oneira hardware and included components identified in the order.
What this limited warranty does not cover
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear; cosmetic preference or minor finish variation within disclosed production tolerances; scratches or cosmetic damage arising after delivery; consumable parts; loss or theft; accidental, impact, crush, fire, liquid, environmental, or shipping damage after documented delivery; misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or failure to follow published instructions; unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair when the claimed problem was caused by that work; damage caused by incompatible power, cables, software, networks, or third-party products; altered or substituted products; or a product whose serial or other identifier was intentionally removed or altered in a way that prevents reasonable claim verification. Transit damage and wrong-item claims are handled separately under the Return Policy.
How to obtain warranty service
Email info@jmltechstudios.com during the warranty period from the address associated with the order. Include the order number, product edition, serial or other identifier when available, a clear description of the problem, when it began, and reasonable photos or video that show the product and issue. We may request reasonable troubleshooting steps or additional information needed to distinguish a covered defect from an excluded cause. No registration is required. Do not send the product until JML issues a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
Inspection and remedy
JML may inspect and test the product and compare it with the order record, product identifier, and claim evidence. If JML verifies a covered defect, JML will, at its option and within a reasonable time, repair the product, replace it with the same model or a functionally equivalent new or refurbished product, or refund the purchase price of the affected product and applicable tax. Original outbound shipping is included in a warranty refund only when required by law. Replacement color or finish may vary only with the purchaser's express consent when the ordered edition is unavailable. The replaced or refunded product becomes JML's property where permitted by law.
Warranty shipping and unauthorized returns
When JML requires the return of a product for an authorized warranty claim, JML will provide a prepaid label for shipment from an eligible U.S. address. Follow the packing and carrier instructions and retain the receipt. Unauthorized, collect-on-delivery, or postage-due shipments may be refused. An RMA allows inspection and does not by itself establish that the claim is covered. If inspection reasonably determines that no covered defect exists, JML will explain the result and may require advance payment of reasonable return-shipping charges before sending the product back, where permitted by law.
Claim integrity
JML may use order, payment, delivery, serial or product-identifier, diagnostic, image, and return-inspection records to evaluate a claim. A claim may be denied if materially false or altered evidence is supplied, a different product is returned, or intentional identifier alteration prevents reasonable verification. We may cancel and refund unfulfilled orders that reasonable fraud screening identifies as high risk. Nothing here restricts a purchaser's right to report unauthorized payment activity, use a lawful payment-dispute process, or exercise non-waivable rights.
Implied warranties and damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the same 90-day period as this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this duration limit may not apply to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JML is not responsible under this limited warranty for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so that limitation may not apply to you.
Other legal rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. No part of this warranty excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The preorder cancellation, shipment-delay, material-change, transit-damage, and wrong-item rules are addressed in the Oneira Preorder Terms and Return Policy and are not narrowed by this warranty.
