SMS & Mobile Information
If you separately opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send project updates, appointment reminders, service information, and occasional promotional offers from JML Tech Studios. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Shipping & Fulfillment Information
Oneira physical-product orders are limited to eligible United States addresses. Shipping information is used to validate eligibility, calculate or display shipping and tax, deliver the order, provide tracking, handle address-change requests before fulfillment locks, and resolve lost, damaged, or returned shipments. We may retain fulfillment records with the related order as required for customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance.
Data Retention
