JML Tech Studios will not accept payment until sales are deliberately enabled, fulfillment is validated, and payment, webhook, database, and transactional-email services are ready.
What you are ordering
Each available Oneira edition is $139 per unit. Your checkout summary identifies the edition and quantity you selected. A preorder reserves a future physical product; it is not an immediate shipment. Product descriptions and the order summary shown immediately before payment form part of these terms.
Charged today
Your card is charged for the full order total when you complete checkout, not when the order ships. Before you authorize payment, checkout shows the product subtotal, U.S. shipping charge, applicable tax, and total. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
United States delivery only
Oneira preorders may be shipped only to eligible addresses in the United States. Hosted checkout restricts the destination country to the United States, but it may not identify every freight-forwarding or package-forwarding address. We may verify the address before fulfillment. We do not ship this preorder to international, freight-forwarding, or package-forwarding destinations; if an ineligible order is accepted, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Batch start and promised ship-by date
JML plans to begin tendering the first production batch to carriers no later than December 24, 2026. That batch-start date does not mean every order ships that day. The currently configured promised ship-by date for each accepted order is March 31, 2027, and the date displayed in your final checkout and order confirmation is the promise that applies to your order. These are shipment dates, not delivery dates. We do not guarantee delivery by Christmas 2026 or by any other holiday or event.
Shipping charge and tax
Estimated U.S. shipping is charged once per order according to the total number of devices: 1-2 devices: $19.95; 3-5 devices: $24.95; 6-10 devices: $34.95. The word "estimated" describes how JML set these quantity tiers before launch; the tier displayed and charged at checkout is the final outbound shipping charge for that order. We will not add a later surcharge merely because our actual carrier cost is higher. Additional carrier or reshipping charges may apply only to a customer-requested address change, a refused or unclaimed parcel, or reshipment made necessary by inaccurate customer-supplied information, where lawful and disclosed before the additional service. These tiers are based on fulfillment from the 76011 area and must be validated against final packed weight, dimensions, battery requirements, carrier eligibility, and selected service before checkout opens. Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated separately using the delivery address and shown before you authorize payment.
If shipment is delayed
If we cannot ship by the promised ship-by date, we will provide the delay notice, choices, and refund required by applicable law. The notice will explain the delay, provide a revised ship-by date when available, and explain how to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund. When affirmative consent is required and is not received by the stated deadline, we will cancel the unshipped order and issue a full refund. Nothing in our final-sale policy removes these shipment-delay rights.
24-hour cancellation and correction window
You may cancel or correct your preorder during the first 24 hours after purchase by emailing info@jmltechstudios.com from the order email address and including your order number. An eligible cancellation receives a full refund to the original payment method. After 24 hours, JML may begin assigning order-specific parts, edition finish, packaging, and production capacity. Once that production allocation begins, the order is final and cannot be voluntarily cancelled because you changed your mind, no longer want it, ordered the wrong edition, or found another product. We may accommodate a later request received before allocation, but are not required to do so.
Product changes and substitutions
Oneira is moving from concept to production, so minor non-material details, production tolerances, or packaging may change. We will not substitute an edition or make a material change to its represented appearance, materials, included components, or core function without first describing the change and obtaining any consent required by applicable law. If you decline a material change, you may cancel for a full refund. This right is an exception to the 24-hour window and final-sale rule.
Address changes
Use the 24-hour correction window to report an edition, quantity, email, or shipping-address error. After that window, an address change is not guaranteed and will be accepted only if the order has not entered its fulfillment lock and the new destination is an eligible U.S. address. Verify the request from the order email and wait for written confirmation before assuming a change was accepted. If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable because of customer-supplied information or refusal, that does not automatically create a refund right, and reasonable carrier or reshipping charges may apply.
Final sale, delivery inspection, and limited warranty
Oneira is final sale after shipment. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or preference-based exchanges. Inspect the package promptly and report transit damage or a wrong item within 7 calendar days with the order number, shipping label, packaging, product identifier, and reasonable photo or video evidence. Verified manufacturing defects are covered by the Oneira 90-Day Limited Hardware Warranty, under which JML chooses repair, replacement, or refund where lawful. Do not send any product without an RMA. Final sale does not remove remedies for nonfulfillment, a covered defect, our shipping error, transit damage, or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Order verification, fraud prevention, and communications
We may enforce reasonable quantity limits, verify order and delivery information, and cancel and fully refund an unfulfilled order that exceeds limits, appears fraudulent, involves unauthorized resale, or cannot be reasonably verified. Return and warranty claims may be matched against payment, delivery, product-identifier, diagnostic, image, and inspection records. Materially false or altered evidence, a substituted product, or an identifier mismatch may result in denial of a claim. These safeguards do not restrict a lawful report of unauthorized payment activity, card-dispute rights, or non-waivable legal rights. Keep your email and shipping information current and review transactional order messages promptly; marketing consent is not required to purchase.
